The upload functionality behind the +New button is available when you create an Article, an Order or a Production Job.
This is the most common, and simplest way to upload files in the Workflow.
If you select either Articles, Orders or Production Jobs in the menu bar, you will find the +New button [1] in the Action Bar at the top of the window.
When you click the +New button we may see the following options: (a) a menu [2] for selecting the desired element ("New order" or "New order item") or (b) a dialog window for creating an entry "New article" [3] or the "Create Production Job dialog" [10].

The +New function only allows the upload of a single file/item.
To upload several documents to the server, this action must be repeated.

You can drag and drop a Print Item to be used in the Workflow (see compatible file formats) into the Drop Zone [4] or open a file selection dialog [5] by clicking the Upload Files area [4] with the mouse. Select the desired document [6] and click on Open [7].
