Caption outside the CropBox and MediaBox is not possible
It is not possible to set a caption outside the CropBox and MediaBox. All objects outside the CropBox are not rendered and are therefore not visible after printing. If the ImageBox is located on the CropBox or MediaBox, the label is placed inside the CropBox.
