With this Fixup, set the BleedBox, CropBox and MediaBox to match the TrimBox. The users can decide for themselves whether the respective boxes should remain unchanged, be deleted or set relative or absolute to the TrimBox.

3.1. Requirements and Functionality

In order for the Fixup to do what it promises, the following situation must exist:

  • There is already a TrimBox in the PDF file.
  • The TrimBox is in the correct position in the PDF.

3.1.1. Actions

Actions are available for each Page Box that can be changed, with which the respective Page Box either remains unchanged, is removed or can be set relative or absolute to the TrimBox.

The user can choose between the following actions [2]:

  • Leave Unchanged – the respective Page Box remains unchanged. No further options can be selected.
  • Remove PageBox – the respective Page Box is deleted and removed from the file. No further options can be selected.
  • Set Relative – the respective Page Box can be set relative to the TrimBox. Specify the offset to the TrimBox for Top, Bottom, Left and Right [3] separately.
  • Set Absolute – the respective Page Box can be set absolute by entering the desired size. Set the selected Page Box by specifying the height [8] and width [5]. The position of the Page Box is set from the center of the TrimBox.
